"Hold on, Pharrell Williams, the one and only Skater P who rocks Chanel and showed up at the Oscars wearing Lanvin shorts, sends you kisses?!" Yeah, right. ;)

Pharrell's album GIRL is a worldwide hit record, so he's obviously having the time of his life right now. Sir Williams is known for loving his fan community and he's always in search for a unique way to say Thank You. This weekend the Grammy award winning artist started an Instagram movement called #PutYourRobeOn. This little tribute to his album cover invites girls worldwide to put their robes on and post some cool pics.

Pharrell visits their Insta profiles and leaves some likes and comments. I mean come on, PHARRELL likes your pics... LEGIT! ;)

I'm head over heels in love with his music and this definitely made my day. Ladies, join the movement!)) Let's be Happy, Get Lucky and dance to Blurred Lines.

WHAT'S WITH THE HAT?

Obviously this is the most talked about hat of the year... the decade, the century? Ok let's not go too far. ;) Pharrell Williams is the greatest trendsetter when it comes to avantgardism in hip hop style. He introduced colours like pink, bows, shorts, boyish chic with haute couture drama, Chanel for men, fashion maisons like Lanvin... Yes, Skater P we are more than thankful, you're a genius! And now the entire world (literally from The Guardian to the Süddeutsche) has only one topic: THAT Vivienne Westwood hat Pharrell was wearing at the 2014 Grammy Awards. It's one of those moments where you realise, that something so wrong worn by someone so right will eventually become GREAT.
Pharrell, tell us what is going on?
“It’s Vivienne Westwood, It’s a Buffalo hat. This gentleman by the name of Malcolm McLaren (designed it). (He has a) huge history. And I just liked it.”
Pharrell is known for rocking military inspired hats.

What can I say... Can't wait to see the hat out and about in the Tuileries visiting Paris in summer. ;) Oui Cheri, you did it again! Does this mean that I can wear my Marni hat now? ;)

2013 HOT LIST: THE MAN

So... who's the man in arts of the year 2013?! It could be Jay Z, Leonardo DiCaprio or maybe Hedi Slimane? Honestly, I think it's pretty obvious. He was not mentioned explicitly in my 'Music Hot List' because he deserves even more applause. Ladies and Gentlemen: PHARRELL WILLIAMS!
As a producer he is responsible for the success of Jay Z's, Miley's and Beyonce's album. The greatness of his performing talent became clear when the world got lucky. It is the song of the year! GET LUCKY was everywhere, from L.A. to Moscow. And let us remember how we rocked in our sunday funday shirts listening to Blurred Lines. The way he makes music is absolutely incredible and so unique. When I checked out Jay Z's MCHG for the first time, I was like 'This track Oceans is the most epic thing ever!'. Guess who produced and co-wrote it? Skater P! It is the Pharrell year: The hit artist married his love model Helen Lasichanh (Pharrell was wearing a tartan suit, Helen a glamorous checked dark blue wedding gown), he is nominated for 7 (!) Grammy awards, he hit the Nr.1 and showed us that he is not just the cool stylish guy with great talent... He is an irreplaceable music/ fashion genius and a king of the industry!

I'm so HAPPY! Excited for Pharrell 2014? Me too. ;)
