HOW I... STORE MY ACCESSORIES

Dresses, shoes, bags, skirts... I love them all! But my biggest pleasure are accessories. I love how a bracelet can change the whole tone of an outfit. Hair up, classic women suit, long flashing dangling earrings= Sophisticated aristocratic charm. Hair down, classic women suit, big hip hop creoles= Lascivious party chic. I believe you can't have to many of them! Another sick obsession? Eye wear! ;) So expanding my accessories department every single week, I really need a nicely organized and cool designed storage system. (or a ASA- Anonymous Shopaholics Association membership ;) ) This post is supposed to quickly share some storage strategies of mine.)
My headbands are stored in these two Marc Jacobs cases, the elastic ones on the top, the others in the structured case below. I used to have a rack for them, but they started to disturb me being all out. The first case came along with the fragrance Daisy. The structured one was brought in Milan.
Keeping my jewellery organized is much harder. I organize it every day, because being in hurry in the morning I tend to put everything out of the boxes on my bed searching for the stuff I need. So basically it rather often looks like that: My creoles are supposed to hang on this leo lady which I got on a flea market in Paris. But they prefer to be all around the place. ;)
Another thing I love to do is keeping designer shopping bags, storing things in them and having things hanging on them. I feel like it always adds a slight designer touch. So I love to keep it that way. Another rule of mine: Colour organization. Here you can see an inside in a shelf of my big closet where I store some accessories.

The majority of my eye wear is stored in a commode. Here I also add some Haute Couture charm with fashionable post cards and advertisements. On the commode I use to place a high fashion magazine, some bracelets and my watch (in the green satin sack).
This is my mothers table: I love her little fox holding rings. It's log-built, from Moscow (early 60's). She teached me the "decorate with fashion post cards and magazines trick" as you can see. ;)

How do you guys store your stuff?)

PRETTY WOMAN: FASHION MOMENTS!

Today we go for another mint round: This time we image us to wear these killing Topshop heels, popped with a stunning Chloé Madeleine tote walking down the Rodeo Drive with some juicy retro sound... something like Kiss by Prince. An outfit like this deserves the right kind of transport and as you guys probably already discovered, I have a slight obsession with cars. I know that I want to ride a Range Rover or a big Lexus since I'm like 5 years old.) But lately I'm just so in love with these fast little eye cathers. So what do we pick for our mint sensation? Obviously a summery mint coloured Königsegg. ;)
Prince, Rodeo Drive... does the bell ring?)  This fashionable scenario is also a little tribute to one of my favourite movies ever: Pretty Woman. I always recommend to watch something with a great ending, gorgeous fashion and a man like Richard Gere. The early 90's in LA must have been such a breathe-taking experience. There were no "I refuse to wear underwear today"- celebrities, amazing sounds from MJ to Prince, Hip Hop legends like Snoop were young and out on the streets rockin' some freestyle and of course a lot of forbidden danger. Los Angeles! Girls dressed like the cast members of Clueless hopin' to meet the charming Beau with the Aston Martin. Topic of the day? A 90's inspired day with some West Coast flow. Here are Vivian's most memorable Top 3 looks and suggestions for recreating them with some 2012 pieces.

 1. The LBD Date Look:
This is the moment when Edward realised that she is so much more than a red light girl, she's genuine, funny and simply stunning. The dress made a revolution in female cocktail wear. It shows just the perfect amount of skin and shines with a incommensurable royal touch. This dress makes every girl a woman. An example of ideal arrangement of accessories, hair style and attitude: An ultimate fashion ever green.
2. The Shopping Costume:
Maybe this sounds a bit weird but I never cried (ok maybe a couple of times ;) ) at the beautiful happy ending. The scene which makes me get teary-eyed is the famous shopping scene. I love the staging: The classy outfit, the iconic song, the transition of the hooker who didn't believe in herself into a strong stunning girl who deserves to own the world! Incredible look, incredibly touching!
3. Simply Red:
Hm... what could it be? I guess it's clear that there's only one answer: THE red dress! I feel like there are a couple of dressed... as important as the invention of the iPad, the Boeing or the first car. One of them is all white and pure, flying around Marilyn Monroe. The other one is worn by Jane Birkin and all see-through. And then there's the dress which is known to be the image of femininity: Vivian's red opera night out gown. This is so kitschy, so impressive and so unforgettable and glamorous... just like a Nat King Cole song. After the movie came out, billions of girls were searching for an equivalent believing that a dress like that can change their whole love life carma. I believe it! ;)
The big question now is obviously: Who is responsible for these looks?! And I did my research for you and here's the answer: Costume Design genius Marilyn Vance. Check out this wonderful interview on elle.com> http://www.elle.com/Pop-Culture/Movies-TV-Music-Books/Happy-Birthday-Pretty-Woman
I hope you guys liked it, have a great weekend! ;)

LOUBOUTIN

Forget Hitch The Date Doctor! 'Cause there's no better dating guru for a fashionista than Christian Louboutin! Just take a look at his 2012 masterpieces. He can dress us up for any occasion, any kind of meet up and any man... ;)
Scenario Nr.1: You are in Spain. It's unbelievably hot outside. All you wear is a little black dress and these killing yellow/black peeptoes. You walk down a tiny road and there he is: A Spanish Beau with the charm of a 1940's bullfighter. (Like male perfection Adrien Brody in Manolete ;) )... I guess the rest is history...

Scenario Nr.2: You are out and about in Soho NY. Shaking All Over plays in the background... out of  a super cool hipster cafe. You are wearing some skinny coloured pants a blouse, some Ray Ban clubmasters and these pop art Loubis while you carry the latest issue of the Interview magazine in one hand and a to go in the other one. The guy you are about to meet is some sort of 21st century Andy Warhol-inspired artist/ indie rock star looking like Hayden Christensen... (go ahead and watch the movie Factory Girl

Scenario Nr.3: You are in Dubai. ;) While you visit the bazaar looking for extraordinary jewellery, you meet a young Sheikh who asks you out for a beautiful fancy dinner. Respecting and honoring the culture, you're wearing a long white gown without any out cuts. Your neck is beautified by a stunning chunky gold flower-detailed adornment piece with green stones. Your feet are covered by this seasons most gorgeous oriental Louboutins. So enjoy a wonderful conversation and feel like a goddess...

Scenario Nr.4: Guess where we are? At one of Sean Combs' parties. I'm thinking of something purple... Lanvin! A dress looking like an exotic flower with the perfect touch of seductiveness. This man loves the sparkle! There's no way he wouldn't mention the beauty on your feet. 'Cause let's be honest: These heels deserve a collective Diddy& The Gang freestyle! Oh we are in Vegas by the way...

Scenario Nr.5: We are in Cannes! You're looking gorgeous wearin' a rosé shift dress (remember Charlotte Casiraghi at Albert's wedding?). These super chic Louboutins make it a royal sensation. Your date? Prince Pierre Casiraghi! Who else? Hurry up girl, the Grimaldi Yacht leaves in 10 minutes! His Royal Highness is watin'...

Scenario Nr.6: No way to go without Paris! So last but not least we are in the capital of Haute Couture. We just left the Louis Vuitton show. Outfit? Mint coloured mini skirt with complex embroidery, a simple white T and these avant-garde silver beauties! Some silver mirror glasses make it complete... You are about to meet Carine Roitfeld's son Vladimir at Le Bristol for some delicious chocolate fondante. A man with whom you can talk about fashion, art, Paris and and and...

So as you can see, Christian Louboutin knows it better than anybody else ;)
But these kind of designs are available at Topshop, Zara, H&M, Mango etc etc etc as well. Fashion is all about the fantasy, the vision, the dream... make it all come true girls and have a lovely weekend.

CHUCK BASS IS A NIKE BAD BOY!

RED HOT SENSATION! SUPER DANDY BEAU CHUCK BASS IN A SPORT SUIT AGAIN! AND NIKE KICKS! BELIEVE IT OR NOT... ;)
No Tom Ford, no slippers, no trench... just all red, sporty and hot!
The evolution of CB's style is proven one more time in the latest episode of Gossip Girl. The most desired partying bad boy on the Upper East Side became a respectable Upper class Dandy with much more maturity. Let's take his sport outfits in order to back that up:
Remember him in the first season in a more or less ridiculous outfit (And no! Not even Kanye West can rock a headband! ;)) doing not really men like sport with Nate talking about not really men like issues? And these crowns! CB looks like he just worked out with his Jane Fonda videos-sport group and is on his way to reward himself with some donuts. Holy ****! What is going on here?!) This seemed like a real satire on the usually so stunning Chuck Bass.
Well time passed and the complicated boy became a men who is ready to take responsibility. Chuck Bass became a Charles Bass. ;) And so did his work out wardrobe. He works a all American Bad Boy red&white combo. And guys, a jumpsuit can look super hot, to me Eric Daman (GG stylist) did a really good job. The classic red/white Nike sneakers put the cherry on the pie.
What do you guys think? Is this a super cool look which convinces with its unexpectedness? ;)

JEN FROM THE BLOCK

Jennifer Lopez. Miss Lopez changed the industry. She was one of the first to protest against anorexia by showing that female beauty comes with a nicely shaped curvy fit body, she managed to remain a star for so many years now and popped the beats with some Latina flow.
She also introduced trends like creoles, the floppy hat, fur and super figure hugging evening wear.
JLo became a fashion icon with music videos like Love Don't Coast A Thing and Ain't It Funny. And of course by dating fashionisto-playboy Sean Combs. Remember the dress?
The star of the Grammy Awards 2000 was definitely a super light Versace creation which still leaves a lot of room for fantasising. There are only a few dresses like this one... they are an essential link of the chain called fashion: JLo's Versace, Audrey's Givenchy, Gwyneth's Ralph Lauren...
With every following hit Jennifer became hotter and hotter. She set finally clear that she is the one and only Latina goddess by flashing us with another super handsome Beau and another scandalous outfit. Ben Affleck is doubtless one of the best looking men in Hollywood. Mother nature worked as hard on him as Tom Ford on A Single Man. I mean he's the 21 century Marlon Brando. And though I think that Jen Garner is adorable, I assume that I speak for the whole fashion community by saying that one certain Ben & JLo scene will never leave our minds: Heat, Lopez, Affleck, a yacht and a pink bikini! Jenny From The Block!
Years later after a break up and a new man in her life, Jen received the greatest gift for a woman: She became mother of two wonderful children. Well the marriage didn't last forever but there's nothing that could stop a Lopez! She reorganized her career, became one of the leading style icons again and looks more stunning than ever before! Her body is so bomb, her music rocks every hot party and there's no gossip magazine published without some JLo in it!  Today she is the number one topic again for releasing her new single and video Dance Again.
The scandal this time? JLo's hot action with boyfriend Casper Smart. Well, I guess she has the time of her life! Enjoy it Jen, you gorgeous bombshell! ;)
Check out some of my favo' JLo style shots:

Hope you loved ;)

KANYE & KIM...?

Out and about in NYC... Could it be possible that...?! ;)
THERAFLU:
And the whole industry wanna fuck yo’ old chick
Only nigga I got respect for is Wiz
And I’ll admit, I fell in love with Kim
‘Round the same time she had fell in love wit’ him
Well, that’s cool, baby girl, do ya thing
Lucky I ain’t have Jay drop ‘im from the team
Six thousand-dollar pair of shoes, I made it to the Paris news
Don’t talk about style, ‘cause I embarrass you
Shut the fuck up when you talk to me ‘fore I embarrassed you
G.O.O.D. Music, we fresh, we fresh
Anything else, we detest, detest

IT'S KANYE WEST B****! ;)

People I'd love K&K together. Referring to fashion it's like Karl collaborating with Donatella, talking about parties it's like Richard Branson kickin' it with Madonna and talking about legendary couples it's like... Well simply Kim and Kanye! ;) They are killin'! And we just waited for the confirmation. Next on E! "Kanye and Kim's Fashionable Wedding".
Guests: Anna Wintour, Karl L, Kid Cudi & Rick Ross's singin' "When A Man Loves A Woman" ;)
OK hands down... my favo' possibly got together! Pop the bottle!))

PIECE OF THE DAY

What a gorgeous morning! The sun is shining, the mood is great, the plans are super amazing... so everything is just... perfect. ;) Before I get to go to a fancy dinner with my girls, I have some business to run. I'm not quite sure yet of what I'll be wearing, but one piece in my accessories department just really catched my eye today. This super sophisticated latex black flower pin will be definitely featured on a blouse, blazer or shirt. I love the contrast in it: I mean first of all it's a flower, right? The most soft and innocent creation in this world. It stands for pureness, beauty and femininity. But then it's all black and... latex. Well latex stands for... well you know what it stands for. For Margiela, Galliano and Givenchy and... ;) This piece really is one of a kind, and I love to make it "statement".)

The photo inspiration? This shot I took in Paris in 2010.

I remember walking down the fashionable sunny streets, passing the Galliano Store... and there they were: Two incredibly flashing, fashionable Beaus carrying their shopping goodies around. What do you think the guy has in his Chanel? (The signature white Chanel flower on the bag is just like my one)) Maybe a gift for a special girl... or maybe it's simply a brooch for popping his outfits like Pharrell Williams does... and I don't even know what's more of a turn-on. ;) Oh Paris, you have it all!

Ladies go out! Hit the sunny streets! I wish you all to meet these kind of eye candies. ;)
Enjoy the day, see you soon
